30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging. (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Your Order Number
  • Items you're returning
  • Reason for return

We'll provide you with an RMA# and return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
