REFUND POLICY

At Lola Diva's Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and body jewelry
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping: Return shipping depends on the item and supplier. For eligible returns, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you. Items fulfilled by certain suppliers may only be eligible for returns in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items. Refund Processing:  Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
