Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 will have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Swimwear
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@loladivasboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want to ensure availability and faster delivery. Once we receive and process your return, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method.
